Click image above to go to the product page.
This battery box is very similar to the standard battery box however there are a few differences.
This box has a DCDC charger on top which means that when this is wired up to a Vehicle the dcdc charger will kick in and charge the battery while on the go. This is done via the alternator.
When the vehicle stops you can continue to charge this battery via solar panels. The solar panels are connect to the side of the box via the YELLOW Anderson plugs.
The BLUE Anderson plugs are for the DCDC charger to connect to the cars starting battery.
The extra Anderson plug ports allows you to still have 4 free Anderson plugs for use of your accessories.

Common questions..
Q: What battery fits in the Battery box
A: Our AGM Giant 140's as well as our Giant Lithium 140's and 170's.
Q: What can be plugged into an Anderson port?
A: Anything with a 50amp Anderson plug on it this is mainly camping fridges or car accessories or RV.
Q: Can I connect my DCDC charger with the inverter battery box?
A: Yes a DCDC charger can be connected to any of our boxes.
Q: Why is an inverter needed?
A: this changes the DC to AC. This means that you can then plug in any household item to the box (with a standard Australian household plug) We recommend that you check the voltage draw on the item you are plugging in, as this is a 1000W inverter. Everything else is a direct current and would need to be plugged into the Anderson plug.
Q: Are the Anderson plugs input or output?
A: They are both.
